Calling all Lime Juicers:  A settlement under the Private Attorney General Act was approved by the Superior Court of California in the case Olabi v. Neutron Holdings, Inc. aka Lime, and checks have been mailed to Juicers who qualify by email and U.S. Mail.  If you were a “Juicer” for Neutron Holdings, Inc. (Lime) between August 31, 2017, and January 31, 2020 in California, you may be eligible to receive a payment from the In re Neutron Holdings Wage & Hour Cases settlement.  If you received a mailed check, e-mailed check, or e-mailed notice informing you of a settlement payment, please follow the directions to retrieve the payment and deposit it.  Any settlement payments for former Juicers that are not cashed or deposited within 180 days from the date they were mailed or e-mailed will be sent to the California State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund.  For most Juicers, the deadline to accept the payment is May 16, 2022.
