Prior to joining RBGG, Mr. Holston was a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he maintained a diverse practice including complex civil litigation, pro bono civil rights litigation, and government investigations focused on data privacy.

Mr. Holston received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Holston participated in the Death Penalty Clinic, co-led the Prisoner Advocacy Network, and was the Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy.  He received a B.A. from Stanford University.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Holston was the VP of Operations and a founding team member of My90, Inc., a technology startup that provided a platform for local governments to collect and analyze anonymous feedback data regarding law enforcement.  My90 has since been acquired by Axon Enterprise.
