Rosen, Bien & Galvan and the Offices of Geri Lynn Green filed a civil rights suit in U.S. District Court in Sacramento on February 24, 2011 on behalf of the family of Rodney Bock, a mentally ill man who committed suicide in the Sutter County jail in 2010. The suit alleges violations of federal civil rights statutes, the Americans With Disabilities Act and California state law.
