Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld is pleased to welcome three new attorneys to the firm  – Eric Ho and Emma Stodder as associates and Hannah Motley Davis as legal fellow.  

Eric Ho received a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and graduated with a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice. During law school, he participated in the Community Economic Justice clinic through the East Bay Community Law Center.  Eric completed legal internships at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project and Legal Aid at Work.  He received a B.S.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University. Prior to attending law school, Eric worked at the civil engineering firm Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar & Associates and refugee resettlement agency World Relief Durham..

Prior to joining RBGG, Emma Stodder was a law clerk to the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, with a Public Interest & Social Justice Certificate.   Before law school, Emma was an editor, fact checker, and writer at the Project On Government Oversight, where she also researched rights violations in immigration detention. She also worked at the Center for Engagement and Advocacy in the Americas. Emma received a B.A. in History from Columbia University, summa cum laude.

Hannah Motley Davis received a J.D. from Stanford Law School. During law school, she participated in Stanford’s Environmental Law Clinic, representing nonprofit clients in environmental justice matters in state and federal court. Hannah completed an externship with the Hon. Robert E. Bacharach, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and a legal internship at the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division in the Educational Opportunities Section.   She received a B.A. in Public Policy and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead Cain Scholar.
