Eighteen-lawyer law firm specializing in complex litigation, including civil rights class actions, employment discrimination, disability rights, and commercial litigation seeks administrative assistance with document and correspondence management, receptionist duties, scanning, filing, and meeting preparation.
Good telephone etiquette, discretion, ability to multi-task, punctuality, and regular attendance all necessary. Must be able to arrive at work at 8:25 sharp Monday through Friday, and to work in fast-paced environment with multiple attorneys and paralegals. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Familiarity with Word, Lexis, Westlaw, and Excel a plus.
We are primarily considering candidates with a bachelors’ degree and previous law firm experience. Must have valid California drivers’ license. Bilingual Spanish fluency a plus.
