On March 25, 2009, the California Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) certified to the United States District Court in Sacramento that DJJ has published the class notice for young people under parole supervision. The notice describes the due process hearing rights secured by the LH class before class members can be returned to state custody on allegations of parole violations.
