Our lawyers have significant experience in alternative means of dispute resolution involving a wide range of matters. Sanford Jay Rosen, Michael Bien, and Jenny Yelin, have been appointed to serve on the mediation panel for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and Mr. Rosen and Mr. Bien also serve as early neutral evaluators for that Court. Through those panels, they help parties resolve matters in a wide range of practice areas, including commercial disputes, civil rights matters, and employment cases. Mr. Rosen works as an arbitrator and is on the American Arbitration Association panels. Many of our lawyers also regularly represent clients in alternative dispute forums, such as mediation and arbitration, and in pre-litigation disputes.
