Ginger Jackson-Gleich is an associate at Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP.  She works on complex litigation and prelitigation matters in federal and state court.

Prior to joining RBGG, Ms. Jackson-Gleich served as a law clerk to Justices Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar and Joshua Groban of the California Supreme Court and to the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  She was also Policy Counsel at the Prison Policy Initiative, where she worked on the campaign to end prison gerrymandering, and a post-bar legal assistant at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office.  Ms. Jackson-Gleich has also represented clients in federal compassionate release proceedings. 

Ms. Jackson-Gleich received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she participated in the Criminal Justice Institute and the Veterans Law and Disability Benefits Clinic.  She was also an editor of the Harvard Law Review and received Dean’s Scholar Prizes in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Defense Theory and Practice.  While at Harvard, she was named one of the university’s Presidential Public Service Fellows. 

Ms. Jackson-Gleich received a B.A., with highest honors and distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain scholar.  She holds a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence and Social Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
