RBGG’s Aaron Fischer, along with Sarah Fech of the American Diabetes Association and Serafina Raskin of Kassinove & Raskin LLP, will be presenting on a panel at the National Bar Association’s annual conference in Los Angeles on July 21 entitled “Litigating Diabetes Discrimination under the ADA.”
Aaron presents regularly on the rights of individuals with disabilities, with particular emphases on workers’ rights, students’ rights, and prisoners’ rights, and on legal protections for people with diabetes and other medical conditions. He serves as the Advocacy Chair for the American Diabetes Association’s San Francisco Bay Area Community Leadership Board.
