United States District Judge Charles Breyer has granted preliminary approval of the settlement in Ramirez v. Ghilotti Bros,, Inc., Case No. C-12-4590-CRB on behalf of the class consisting of Laborers for Ghilotti Brothers, Inc. from June 2008 to present. The court also preliminarily approved an order requiring Ghilotti to track time worked by Laborers and provide them breaks.

(“GBI”) as a non-exempt Laborer at a construction site, yard, or loading area at any time from June 27, 2008 through October 4, 2013, you may be entitled to money through the settlement in Jose Ramirez, et al. v.
